2. Exercise Can Help Prevent Hypertension
You should also know that exercise can help prevent hypertension. Exercise will help you lose weight and lower your blood pressure. You may think you will not have the time to exercise with your busy schedule to become a licensed practical nurse. To reduce your chances of developing this serious condition, you only need 20-30 minutes of moderate exercise daily.
